I found Joe just by random because Century 21 had the listing on Zillow. It was the best happy accident I could have hoped for. It started over a year ago looking for a vacation spot. He stuck with me and answered any question that I had and if he didn't have the knowledge on hand, which was a lot, he found it out for me. Very knowledgeable of a large swath of the local area and was eager to show me the pleasure that it would be to live in the area. After much searching we finally found the perfect house for me. Which culminated in an acceptance letter within a week. Very professional and very thorough. He made the whole process easy for me even though I was out of state. Stood up for me and worked very effectively with the seller to make the deal positive for the both of us, the seller and I. Be all and end all of this year long journey, all I have to say is I could not have done better than finding Joe, period.

Although we did not deal with Amber directly. Her co-worker (Morgan Heinz) was the best. Morgan went above and beyond in everything to help us with our home purchase. Could not be happier!!!!!

He communicated well with buyer and helped us negotiate a fair and appropriate settlement. After we had moved out and were out of state, he continued to work with the buyers and complete an issue with the plumbing by getting plumbers out to the house to repair the problem on our behalf.
